SharpBet Privacy Summary

SharpBet is a sportsbook intelligence product. We do not accept bets, store sportsbook credentials, or handle user funds. This page summarizes the data used to operate the current live product as of April 3, 2026.

What SharpBet stores

SharpBet may store account identity from Clerk, subscription state from Stripe, tracker entries you save, public leaderboard profile information, and product preference data needed to run Pro workflows.

On this device, SharpBet may also save local preferences such as book selections, refresh settings, onboarding dismissal, muted-alert state, and notification preferences.

Analytics and product telemetry

SharpBet uses Vercel Analytics and internal event logging to understand product usage, onboarding completion, upgrade intent, sportsbook outbound clicks, notification setup, and other core workflow interactions.

Analytics are used to improve the product and conversion funnel. They are designed as best-effort instrumentation and are not part of the betting logic itself.

Tracker and synced-bet data

If you use the SharpBet tracker, your tracked bets and related performance data are stored server-side for Pro workflows.

If you connect SharpSports BetSync, SharpBet may receive linked-account identifiers, linked-account status, and imported bet-slip data from SharpSports. SharpBet uses that data to display imported slips in your tracker and support verified-sync labels.

SharpBet does not ask for or store your sportsbook usernames and passwords directly.

Affiliate links and external destinations

When you click a sportsbook link from SharpBet, the app may record attribution details such as bookmaker, placement, and timestamp so affiliate reporting and product measurement remain accurate.

Sportsbook links always open the sportsbook’s official destination. Your betting activity at that sportsbook is governed by the sportsbook’s own policies.

How to think about deletion and access

You control whether you create a SharpBet account, upgrade to Pro, or link BetSync. If you do not want SharpBet to store synced sportsbook metadata, do not connect BetSync.

Public leaderboard visibility depends on your chosen public username and tracked results. You can stop future tracked activity by not using the tracker and by disconnecting or not refreshing sync integrations once live controls are available.
