SharpBet Product Terms Summary
These summary terms describe how the current SharpBet product works as of April 3, 2026. SharpBet is a software tool for line shopping, tracker workflows, and betting process review. It is not a sportsbook, broker, or custodial wallet.
No guaranteed outcomes
SharpBet does not guarantee that any bet wins, that any bettor is profitable, or that any displayed workflow always produces positive results. Betting includes real financial risk and variance.
The product is built to help users compare prices, avoid avoidable mistakes, and track whether their process is improving over time.
No bet placement or fund custody
SharpBet never places bets on your behalf and does not hold user funds. All wagers are placed, settled, and managed with the sportsbook you choose to use.
When SharpBet links out to a sportsbook, you are leaving SharpBet and interacting with that sportsbook directly.
Subscription and feature access
Free and Pro access levels are defined by the live product surface. Pro unlocks additional workflow tools, tracker features, and scanner depth, while some beta features may still be rolling out.
Paid subscriptions are handled through Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewal and keeps access through the end of the current billing period.
Public leaderboard and tracker truth
The public leaderboard reflects SharpBet-tracked performance and, where available, verified sync imports. Eligibility, provisional labeling, and proof labels are governed by the current product rules.
SharpBet may limit, exclude, or relabel records that do not meet timing, integrity, or verification requirements.
Affiliate and integration disclosures
SharpBet may earn affiliate compensation when users create sportsbook accounts through SharpBet links. That compensation does not change the prices surfaced in the product.
If you use SharpSports BetSync, SharpBet may rely on third-party integration infrastructure to import account and slip data. Integration availability can change without notice.
